Welcome to CapMorocco. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By booking a transfer or using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms.
1. Booking & Payment
All bookings must be made through our website or authorized representatives.
Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings remain valid at the agreed rate.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled transfer are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations within less than 72 hours of the transfer may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) are non-refundable.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days.
3. Service Conditions
Our services are private, meaning you will not share the vehicle with other passengers unless explicitly stated.
All vehicles are air-conditioned, licensed, and insured in compliance with Moroccan transport regulations.
Passengers must be ready at the agreed pick-up location at the scheduled time.
Drivers may wait up to 30 minutes for standard pickups and 60 minutes for airport transfers before the booking is considered a no-show.
4. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers must provide accurate booking details, including pick-up time, location, and contact information.
Any changes to the itinerary must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance and may be subject to additional charges.
Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings; CapMorocco is not liable for lost or stolen items.
5. Delays & Force Majeure
CapMorocco is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, road closures, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
In case of unexpected vehicle breakdowns, we will arrange alternative transport at no additional cost.
6. Safety & Conduct
Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside our vehicles.
Passengers must wear seat belts at all times.
Any damage to the vehicle caused by a passenger will be charged to the responsible party.
Drivers reserve the right to refuse service to passengers behaving in a disruptive, dangerous, or unlawful manner.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties, except as required to provide our services or comply with legal obligations.
8. Liability & Disclaimer
CapMorocco is not liable for any direct or indirect losses, injuries, accidents, or damages arising from the use of our services unless caused by proven negligence.
We are not responsible for missed flights, trains, or other transport connections due to delays beyond our control.
9. Amendments to Terms & Conditions
- CapMorocco reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
- Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Morocco.
Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to Moroccan courts.
