Refund Policy

At CapMorocco, we strive to provide the best private transfer services across Morocco. We understand that plans may change, and we offer a fair and transparent refund policy for cancellations and modifications.
1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
- Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled transfer are eligible for a full refund.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours before the scheduled transfer may be eligible for a 50% refund.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the transfer or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Modifications & Rescheduling
Changes to booking details (such as pickup time or location) must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
We will accommodate modifications whenever possible, subject to availability.
If a modification results in a price difference, the customer may be required to pay the balance or receive a partial refund.
3. Refund Process
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Customers will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
Any transaction fees incurred by the payment provider are non-refundable.
4. Delays & Service Issues
If CapMorocco cancels a service due to unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather, road closures, or vehicle breakdowns), a full refund will be issued or an alternative transfer will be arranged at no additional cost.
If a service is delayed due to external factors beyond our control (such as traffic or flight delays), we will make every effort to adjust accordingly, but refunds will not be issued for such delays.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
No refund will be issued for missed transfers due to incorrect booking details provided by the customer.
Refunds will not be granted if passengers fail to arrive at the designated pickup location within the allocated waiting time.
No refund is applicable for last-minute booking changes requested less than 24 hours before the scheduled transfer.
